    Fitness Coaching

    When training…share the fun! Our Fitness Coaching program allows you to train with up to four people while achieving your goals. Each client receives a customized training program to maximize his or her results.

    Personal Training

    If you have unique health concerns, hesitant to train in a group, or have specific goals that you would like to address, we offer personal training. For those clients who desire undivided personal attention, personal training will address your needs in a one-on-one format.

    Team Training

    We offer our performance enhancement services to teams looking to make the most of their training pre-season, in-season, and during the off-season.  Our customized programs are tailored to develop your team for the upcoming challenge and will enable your team to perform at their best.     Classes

    Our classes & camps are scientifically designed to boost your metabolism, increase your strength, decrease injuries, and improve your function while being fun, innovative, and dynamic.  You can drop-in or have unlimited access via our Class Membership on a monthly or yearly basis.

    P.R.E.P. – Post-Rehab Exercise Program

    Whether you have just finished physical therapy or your body is not ready to go at full tilt, then CORE FITNESS’s P.R.E.P. is for you. Our ongoing four-week program will determine your limitations and movement dysfunctions and implement the proper corrective exercises to get you back on track.

    You can stay in the P.R.E.P. as long as you like but cannot migrate into CORE FITNESS’s Fitness Coaching Program without passing the FMS.

    Rock My Jeans Challenge

    Can’t fit into your skinny, baggy, low cut, high cut, 70’s, bell-bottom, boot-cut, Daisy Duke’s jeans? Want to drop 2 pants sizes? Our eight-week program will assist you them in dropping two pants sizes with exercise and nutritional guidance. Rock with us… then Rock Your Jeans!
